I cant take credit for this design it was all the brides doing. She did a fabulous job. 7" 9" and 11" square cakes with thick silver ribbon , quilting and sparkling diamantes at the cross sections. Golden Anniversary!

50 years of marriage is a huge achievement.. Celebrated with family Jesse & Lena cut into a delicious lime & pistacio mud cake with white chocolate ganache.
Covered in Ivory fondant with handmade rose and golden 50..

This little 6" cake was made for a gorgeous lady as she turned 60 . Deorated with funky poppies in earthy colours. White chocolate mud cake with passion fruit coulis!

Mid Week Wedding!

30th September was a beautiful day for a midweek wedding. Held on a lovely Newlands farm with yellow being a feature colour, and the bride riding in on a shiny black horse.
top and second tier brandied fruit cakes covered in marzipan, and the base tier a dark chcolate mud cake covered in dark chocolate ganache , all wrapped in white fondant.
Topper is handmade (By Rouvelee) and personalised just for the lovely bride and groom and their 2 dogs.
